It was great to get back together with the band for our Genesis Extended tour rehearsals.
Nick Beggs has now replaced Lee Pomeroy, who has other commitments this year. Nick has risen to the occasion with great aplomb. His personality shines through and he gives everything a unique energy. His new double neck guitar sounds second to none.
Due to popular demand, additional numbers include... The Knife for it's all out dynamism, Squonk for its quirkiness, pathos and incisive rhythm, and Lillywhite Lilith for its driving baritone riff and intriguing sinister atmosphere. These songs have a great timeless vibe and of course we've brushed up on favourites such as Supper's Ready, Dancing with the Moonlit Knight, Firth of Fifth and The Musical Box...
We're all excited about the up-coming tour and looking forward to treading those boards again...
