Saturday night's acoustic trio show was held at Trading Boundaries in Sussex, an old rambling house where several people claim to have seen ghosts. Here a labyrinthine store selling exotic gifts from the East leads to a restaurant and venue with stars shining in the ceiling. On some of the walls are original paintings by Roger Dean, who painted iconic covers for Yes along with various other bands. There is also currently an exhibition of Genesis photos taken by Richard Haines in 1974 at Headley Grange, another house reputed to be haunted.

Both Roger and Richard came to see the show. There was a warm response from the audience. The spirits must have been with us too, as the atmosphere was magical and the gig took on a life of its own...

My thanks to Roger King, Rob Townsend, Richard Buckland and Brian Coles, as well as Michael Clifford and all his team who organised the gig and helped to create a wonderful evening.
