The Turn Of The Season - North America tour
It’s been a fantastic first two weeks on the North American tour...
And the change of heat was extraordinary too! We arrived to Summer heat with constant sunshine, which after a few days suddenly switched to Autumnal rain... But inside every venue, the atmosphere remained hot and exciting, with full houses and some of the best crowds ever... The band is equally on fire every night, giving it their all, and more! Great to have super talented drummer Nick D'Virgilio with us again!
The tour kicked off in gorgeous Ithaca, a wonderfully creative town and famous for its gorges and waterfalls. Pals Mark and Cliff took Jo and me to see one of the falls and to have lunch beside the beautiful Cayuga Lake, sparkling in the sunshine.
Having totally enjoyed both the Ithaca and Buffalo shows, we all headed across the border to Canada, where we played to equally wonderful audiences in both Toronto and Montreal. It was good to connect with pals and those places always have a great atmosphere too. We love the contrast between the English and French speaking cultures.
We then crossed back into the USA, heading south to Boston. The drive through Vermont was pretty spectacular with all those forested hills with trees changing colour with a wonderful combination of greens, golds and reds.
We played in Beverley, a beautiful old town close to historic Salem, where those infamous witch trials took place. The Cabot Theatre in Beverly is a real gem and we all enjoyed the show so much.
Pal and guide Jeremiah took Jo and me around the historic library in Boston and the fabulous Museum of Fine Arts...
Then we all headed further south to the picturesque town of Ridgefield, deep within the beautiful forests of Connecticut. The two shows there had a fantastic vibe!
Now we’re heading on further south to Philadelphia for the Scottish Rites shows in Collingswood...
Many thanks to Adrian, Brian, Wayne and Entourage Talent... It’s been a terrific kick off to this 2025 North American tour!
