Passing of an exceptional performer - January 2016
I'm sad to hear the news of David Bowie's passing. He was an extraordinary innovator, stunning live performer and great influence on the marriage of music and visual art.
I've always admired his work. I was particularly taken with his Space Oddity, which was fantastically quirky, imaginative and atmospheric. He pushed musical boundaries and paved the way for exciting theatrical imagery. He was a man of the future in more ways than one.
