Italian Earthquake - April 09

Hard on the heels of the band’s recent Italian visit where we once more enjoyed the warm hospitality and enthusiasm of all our Italian friends, it was sobering to watch news reports of the L'Aquila earthquake and see the terrible tragedy unfold.

Many will have lost loved ones, homes and livelihoods. From England we all send our sympathy to the survivors and best wishes to their rescuers. Latest reports indicate that perhaps 100,000 people have had to flee the area, whilst the death toll is still uncertain. For now from all of us, our thoughts are with you.
