We made it! What an extraordinary tour it's been, and the longest I've ever done in the UK. It was our first since Lockdown began in March 2020, when we had to halt mid tour in the USA and hurry home on the last flight from Philadelphia. Although we've been under the constant threat of Covid which is again rising in the UK, we took every precaution, gave it our all and what joy to receive such amazing reactions from the most enthusiastic and appreciative crowds... Thank you everyone!
The last three gigs in Peterborough, Harrogate and Dundee were equally as wonderful as the other shows, and we all had a total blast in Dundee, with both band and crowd totally on fire... What an incredible send off for this UK tour.
Many thanks from Jo and myself to tour manager Adrian Holmes who worked like a Trojan throughout, along with the band, crew and everyone who participated, as well as Brian Coles and all involved with the agencies, including John Giddings with his team at Solo and Stuart Galbraith & Alan Day of Kilimanjaro with their team for their hard work and making it happen!
I very much look forward to returning on tour to the UK as soon as possible!
In two weeks from now, we leave for the Scandinavian shows...
