For those of you not familiar with Trading Boundaries, this beautiful small venue located in the heart of rural Sussex offers a completely unique experience for performers and music fans alike.

Capturing an exotic feel as you enter with its Aladdin's Cave of world furniture and extraordinary array of gifts, the magical atmosphere only increases as the sun goes down and the restaurant, at the rear of the building, transforms itself into one of the most intimate and exhilarating candlelit venues in the country.

Blessed with amazing acoustics, it has been successively voted by Prog magazine readers as 'Best Music Venue', with it being runner-up to the Royal Albert Hall in 2019.

If you're lucky enough to experience this enchanting venue with its capacity of only180 guests, it's easy to understand how it attracts many top international acts such as Steve Hackett, Focus, Carl Palmer, Pendragon, John Lodge, Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman, Colin Blunstone, The Brand New Heavies, Cutting Crew and The Blockheads, to mention just a few.

Trading Boundaries is also proud to represent the artist Roger Dean, showcasing not only a wonderful permanent gallery of his Fine Art prints that are available for sale, but curating exhibitions of his original artwork throughout the year.

The owners, who are passionate about music, also enjoy organising very special events from world premiers, opera nights and intimate In Conversation With evenings between leading artists.

One such annual event that has now become a Christmas tradition are the two wonderful candlelit evenings by Steve Hackett, together with his fellow band members Roger King, Rob Townsend and Steve's brother John, performing the most beautiful acoustic concerts. Often joined by family and friends, with guest appearances by Amanda Lehmann and Nick Magnus.

The video being released today is an excerpt from one of these concerts up close and personal.

Enjoy!
